Psalm 18:1-6 I love thee, O Lord, my strength.2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. 3 I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies. 4 The cords of death encompassed me, the torrents of perdition assailed me; 5 the cords of Sheol entangled me, the snares of death confronted me. 6 In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I cried for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.
“Reinvigorated, Open for Christ, God is With Us, We Are the Church”
The Council is very excited that our use of electronic media is gaining attention and more utilization. The new Website is showing increased numbers of people looking at our church and signing on for information. Our hope and prayers are that in 2021 Faith Lutheran Church continues to be a good steward of God’s blessings and we reach out to our surrounding community of non-believers to share the great gift of God’s love and presence in our lives.
Our wonderful Pastor continues to provide superb Bible training and teaching, both electronically and in person. Pastor and our Elders continue to provide a safe church environment for our Divine Services and Bible studies. Truly, God is blessing us with the faith to stay in His Word and keep the Sabbath Holy.
Please share the excitement of worshipping God with your friends and neighbors. Step out boldly and ask them to join you in worshipping God. Get excited and reinvigorated about your faith. Praise the Lord!
Blessings to everyone,
Glen Collier
